The token owner can change fees and the receiver after launch. Token code is not upgradeable; the protocol’s fee hook and liquidity locker are controlled by a single upgrade administrator.

Configure 1–32 distinct recipients. Each token amount is purchased through a sequential Universal Router exact-output swap. Launch Club calculates each ETH budget automatically with a 2% safety buffer and a small rounding allowance. Unspent ETH is refunded in the same transaction.
